The king size bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, yet still close to the center of town and Pub Street. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. They even took the time to explain the attractions in Siem Reap during check-in. The rooms at this hotel are clean and well-maintained, with nice showers and ice cold air conditioning. The breakfast at this hotel offers decent options, including vegan-friendly items and memorable coffee.
The hotel could improve by providing new towels and fixing broken bathtubs.

the markets were just a short walk away, and everything in the city was close by. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with spacious bathrooms and excellent service. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of food available.
The hotel lacked an elevator, which made it difficult to get to our room after a long day out.

The staff was very kind and always willing to help. the breakfast had a good variety with fresh fruit and a hot meal. the hotel is located in a peaceful area, ideal for a good night's rest. It was great to have a tuk-tuk service offered by the hotel, making it easy to move around the city.
The room was a bit small and outdated, the bed was not very comfortable. the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which made it difficult to find restaurants nearby or enjoy the nightlife.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. the location was perfect - in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance of the bustling Pub Street and markets. It was great to be away from the madness but still have easy access to all the action. Secondly, the service was absolutely impeccable. The staff, especially Ms Moniroth and Mr. Sokphean, were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide us with information and make us feel welcome. The attention to detail was also impressive, with thoughtful touches like a welcome drink, personalized letters, and a farewell scarf. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The teak wood furniture added a touch of elegance, and the bathrooms were lovely. The hotel also provided us with an extra bed, which was a bonus.
Everything was ok, nothing to complain about.

Spent my Christmas holiday in a hotel nearby the city center. The price was reasonable, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offered a welcoming drink and helped me to carry my bags to my room. The hotel had an excellent location, just a few minutes away from the main market and the restaurant area. , the Wi-Fi was free, and the massage service was relaxing.
The breakfast service could have been better, as the food was cold most of the time. , the laundry service was not up to par, since the garments were returned to me with stains and wrinkles.
